At Mattress Upgrade, we are committed to on-time delivery of our products via own and 3rd party shipping agents across India.

1. We offer free shipping on all orders in most locations across India.
2. In places we cannot ship for free, our shipping charges are based on the destination and chosen product’s weight.
3. All materials will be dispatched from Mattress Upgrade factory within 2-3 days of confirmed order.
4. Depending upon the destination, once the order is shipped, it usually takes 7 to 10 working days for a customer to receive it.
5. Each order shall be shipped only to a single destination address as specified during the order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will have to place multiple orders.
6. Mattress Upgrade will ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
7. While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, in any manner. Please sign the POD (Proof of Delivery) mentioning that the products are not accepted due to damaged conditions. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
